Located in the green area between two towns which are under protection of UNESCO - Trogir and Split. Situated just by the sea coast with its own beach, Resnik resort offers you a pleasant accomodation with numerous recreation and sport activities. Hotel Resnik provides you: parking lot, airconditioned restaurant in a central building, restaurant on the terrace, caffee bar on the beach. Resnik resort is situated in a large area of 110 000m2. Accommodation facilities are categorised with 2 stars. Hotel complex consists of bungalows, pavilions and other facilities with hotel rooms, located in the sea coast with its own beach in lenght of approximate 1000 m. In the Resort there are five tennis courts and courts for basketball, handball and football.

Resnik is located just 1 km from Split's airport and has close access to highway and fast regional road systems, so it is one of the most accessable large scale developable sites on the Adriatic coast.

Resnik Resort

The Resnik Resort area is 103,500 m2 (10,35 ha). Resnik Resort has a gentle gradient that slopes down from the road towards the sea and pebble beaches. The terrain is cultivated with endogenous Mediterranean species, with 600 m of coastline. Currently it has 18 279 m2 GBA of tourist resort amenities dating back in the 1967 including the central building, accommodation units (pavilions, bungalows, camp), restaurants and bars, sport amenities (5 tennis courts, football field, basketball court, 2 bowling tracks, badminton court, beaches) and shopping centres.

In six pavilions ranging from one to three stars there are 179 rooms, while other accommodation units consist of 199 bungalows (24-28 m2) and auto camp of 50 pitches. The performance of resort accounts for 1/3 of annual tourist visits in City of Kastela with 10 000 tourist arrivals and 50 000 overnight stays.
